Imprima Releases iReports V3 to Provide Improved Access To Vital Online Information
Financial communications specialist Imprima is releasing iReports V3. The new version introduces unique features such as Quick Analyser and Turn Pages to improve its service for creating online, fully interactive versions of annual reports, brochures and other crucial documents that enable rapid access to time critical information for financial and legal institutions.
V3 introduces the Quick Analyser tool, enabling the browser to select individual years or a specific time-frame and compile a bespoke data comparison selecting from a host of categories such as the breakdown and value of assets on the balance sheet, dividend values, statements of income and elements of cash flow such as depreciation of assets and current investments. The results are presented on screen and can be exported to assist further analysis.
The Turn Pages feature facilitates easy browsing of the report, emulating the experience of thumbing through a hard copy. Also introducing fully customisable navigation tools, Turn Pages incorporates zoom in and out features as well as a pop-up contents page for fast access to specific sections.
iReports V3 has upgraded functionality that includes a revamped interface, rapid page loads and the ability to email documents to colleagues. Expanding on iReports' existing features for potential investors, V3 now offers a unique auditing opportunity to learn who is accessing the report and what areas they are focussing on.
"Financial reporting is more than just a legal obligation, it should also be seen as a marketing opportunity," says Managing Director, Steve Pusey. "The latest version of iReports builds on its existing success as the most interactive and dynamic documentation tool available. Its innovative features and accessibility means analysts, shareholders and investors can rapidly find vital information, streamlining the process behind the decision to invest."
Imprima iReports creates documents which are fully interactive, enabling readers to search using keywords, specify which sections to download and access data in spreadsheet format. A company's branding is carried on every document, seamlessly integrated into a website like a normal page. Documents can be updated around the clock and entire new reports created overnight, crucial in a fast paced industry where providing the latest data is vital.
iReports also enables companies to fulfil their statutory requirements in publishing financial information, and in a dynamic format that can be fully integrated into their marketing. The growth of online investor relations, and immediacy of the internet, means that annual reports, interim reports and brochures are now key components of an online PR campaign. iReports' seamless integration of documents into a company's website means they can be used more effectively for promotion and attracting investment.
The latest version of iReports solidifies Imprima's position as the market leading interactive documentation service provider. The accessibility and speed of iReports is continuing to set the pace for how financial reporting can be used to promote dynamism, enhance relationships with shareholders and attract investors.
