Press ReleasesImprima Frankfurt Reports Record Growth Leading To Further Strategic InvestmentsEuropean financial communications specialist Imprima has reported record growth in 2007 in Germany. This continues the year on year trend in the Virtual Dataroom market, with this positive trend having continued into Q1 2008. Imprima is responding to this success with an applied programme of dedicated investment including focused recruitment to further expand its five-star rated dataroom services.
David Aucott, Managing Director, says: "We've spent the last few years developing our client relationships by listening closely and fine tuning our services to reflect the needs of the financial market. The result is not only a fantastic endorsement of the strength of the team here, but also an extension of our unique services in due diligence transactions".
Making internal improvements and recruiting new staff members to consolidate its project teams, Imprima now has by far the largest service presence in Germany and neighbouring countries, offering clients a constant point of contact and a robust support network of specialists providing local 24/7 support.
David continues: "We've amassed vast transaction experience in providing dataroom solutions for the German M&A market and this has given us a real edge on our competitors in that we can really add value to the building and structuring of data rooms prior to the due diligence bidding phase".
Imprima Frankfurt continues to be entrusted with larger, more complex transactions and involved in consultative discussions. This included being responsible for four multi billion EURO deals in Germany last year with over half a million pages being processed.
Ben Anderton, Associate Sales Director at Imprima says: "In many ways we have grown with our clients, developing a higher level of trust. We are definitely taking a different approach at Imprima, interacting with our clients and delivering a more personal, local service."
This considered notion of transactional service is the foundation for Imprima´s most recent development; the introduction of early stage Professional Services. Imprima already has a five star rated iRooms software and service team. Professional Services takes iRooms to the next level, "a complete consultative solution".
Ben concludes: "In the market, dataroom providers commonly only offer scan and host, but that has never been our philosophy. We are seen as a partner of choice, offering advice and a first class service before a document request list is even sent out."
Imprima Frankfurt is expanding on this success, growing its market share in Germany and neighbouring countries, as well as pushing further east into the Central Eastern European region.
