Imprima Predicts Big Changes As It Introduces Five-Star Service To EU Capital
Financial Communications specialist, Imprima, is expanding its European footprint with the opening of a new office in Brussels. Located in the centre of the financial district, Imprima has chosen its location in a deliberate attempt to improve its service to existing clients and to demonstrate to potential clients the strength of its offering.
With established offices in London, Amsterdam, Paris, Frankfurt and Stockholm, Imprima has chosen to establish a permanent base in Belgium in response to its clients’ requests for a more local service. The Brussels arm of Imprima will offer a range of financial communications services to clients in investment banks, law firms, corporate finance divisions of accountants, M&A boutiques and real estate.
Jessica Stheeman, Sales Director, says: "This is the natural time to open an office in Belgium. We have been working closely with clients here for some time and creating a base here is a clear demonstration of our respect for them and our ongoing commitment to providing exemplary service."
Industry analysts at Imprima have predicted a significant rise in the use of Virtual Datarooms (VDR) in Belgium. Presently the ratio is estimated at 30/70 – virtual vs. physical datarooms and this figure is expected to be 80/20 by 2010 with the vast majority favouring VDR.
Ms Stheeman says: "Imprima is hugely experienced in this area; we have seen the same swing occur across Europe and collaborated with our clients to make the transition from physical to virtual stress-free. With our assistance, our Belgian clients are rapidly becoming accustomed to VDRs, and through being here in Brussels, we can add even more value with our early-stages professional services."
Imprima will officially open its Belgian doors on April 1st 2008 and is looking forward to a successful relationship with the region. The company’s long term plans are to continue to expand in this way, providing a multi-lingual and culturally astute local service with a global reach.
