Stephen became Managing Director of Imprima UK in November 2004. With 29 years experience in Corporate Finance and Corporate Communication for leading UK PLC's, Stephen fully appeciates and understands the very specific needs of our clients. Stephen leads the team in the UK and ensures that world class solutions are provided, whether it be for an IPO, Securitisation, Rights Issue, M&A / Due Dilligence, EDGAR filing or other Debt Offerings. Stephen started his career in the Financial Printing and Document Management industry in 1977, working for Oyez Press in London (the former name for Imprima).

Stephen has overseen the growth in demand for Financial Communication Services. He has full responsibility for all sales and operations in the UK and remains committed to the future growth and positioning of the group.
