Frank Goovaerts
CEO Imprima group

In 2004 Frank joined as the CEO of the Imprima Group. Having a background in the Corporate Finance industry, Frank understands the processes, needs and trends in our market.

Before joining Imprima he worked at HAL Investments, a quoted Private Equity firm with a strong focus on investments in Europe. In his time at HAL Investments Frank was involved in mergers and acquisitions of quoted and private European companies and portfolio management of several companies including Imprima. Frank holds a Masters degree in Physics from Delft University of Technology.
