David Aucott
Managing Director Germany

David joined Imprima as the Managing Director for Germany in September 1999. With over 17 years experience in the International print / communication market and a Degree in Printing Management, David fully appeciates and understands the very specific documentation needs that the clients have in Germany. David leads the team in the Frankfurt office and ensures that world class solutions are provided, whether for an IPO, Rights Issue, M&A / Due Dilligence, German compliance, EDGAR filing or Debt Offering.

David started his career in sales in 1989 working for 3 years as a sales consultant for Eurographic Systems Ltd. specialising in the East / West African printing markets. In 1995 he joined New Island Printing Co. a Hong Kong based print/publishing group as a US/UK Development Manager specialising in developing a client focused service culture. David has also gained valuable financial documentation experience working for 4 years with US and UK financial printers spending most of this time in various European offices.
